A centralized customer care center / grievance redressal center is also available at Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, DSS Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, where you can lodge your complaints.
All complaints will be acknowledged by us immediately by person, within (3) days and final reply on the action taken will be communicated within (5) days in case of non-financial need and in (45) days in case of financial need
