Vide G.O.Ms.No.256/Education (S.W.III) Department, dated 18-02-1969 the PETC, Hyderabad has been started in the year 1969. It was aimed at providing pre-examination trainings to the SC / ST candidates to various competitive examinations for jobs and for higher studies.
